The LEED certified mixed-use Eliot Tower features a retail storefront, loading bay, roof garden, courtyard plaza, and a below-grade structured parking garage.

The project involved extensive coordination with the Portland Bureau of Transportation, the Bureau of Environmental Services, the Bureau of Water Works, and Tri-Met. The Boring Station Trailhead Park is the community’s first public park and provides direct access to the regional trail system via the fit athletic club.

HHPR assisted in coordinating local community open houses and meetings to develop the site’s concept plan and provided project management, survey, civil, and landscape architectural services for the final design.
