This certified LEED Gold project consisted of a new 68,000 sf building and parking lot for Clark College on their new East Satellite campus at the Columbia Tech Center. HHPR’s drainage solutions included Low Impact Design treatment utilizing bio-infiltration swales in landscape islands that eliminate the need for catch basins and conveyance pipe. Cutoff ditches with infiltration trenches were provided around the site, check this link right here now.
