The LEED certified mixed-use Eliot Tower features a retail storefront, loading bay, roof garden, courtyard plaza, and a below-grade structured parking garage. This certified LEED Gold project consisted of a new 68,000 sf building and parking lot for Clark College on their new East Satellite campus at the Columbia Tech Center.
