HHPR was founded as a civil engineering firm. Since 1990, HHPR has completed over 5,500 projects and has grown to be one of the top civil engineering firms in the Pacific Northwest. HHPR provides traditional civil engineering services including infrastructure, roadway, utility systems, water resources, site and land development, and is also experienced in cutting-edge sustainable design practices.

With more than 39 civil engineers on staff, HHPR has the ability to provide a wide range of services on a variety of project types and sizes. Our civil engineering staff is adept in both managing multidisciplinary projects and working as a subconsultant on a multidisciplinary team. Our engineers are familiar with the staff and design requirements of local jurisdictions and can work closely with the appropriate authorities to ensure a smooth and
expedited review process.
